Complete required forms including Annual Code of Conduct, Media Consent, and more, online using the Parent Portal or mobile Infinite Campus App.

HOW TO SUBMIT FORMS
- Sign in to the Parent Portal online from a desktop or laptop or access Infinite Campus using the mobile app!
- Click this link -> Parent Portal and log in to the CAMPUS PARENT, not student account.
- Select MORE at the bottom of the left menu and then "ANNUAL REQUIRED FORMS" at the bottom of the next menu.
- A new window will open, select BEGIN REGISTRATION to then review and submit the e-signature for your child's required start of year forms including:
- Student Code of Conduct Consent
- Media & Photo Release
- Consent Emergency Contact Information
- FERPA Consent
